Tracking the project budget and costs

The project panorama continuously displays the key indicators: budget, actual cost, margin and completion percentage.


The actual cost automatically aggregates several sources:


  • labor from approved timesheets;
  • costs of interventions and tasks;
  • purchases and supplier invoices (commitments);
  • project expenses entered directly.

At any time you compare the initial budget, the revised budget (including signed change orders) and the actuals. Tracking by cost category and by analytic segment (department, trade) helps you quickly spot variances and overruns.
