In the field, each collaborator logs their time directly from the mobile app, in the Time entry screen.
For each day, they select the relevant project and task, then enter the number of hours and their type (regular, overtime, night). The task's budgeted hours stay visible to gauge progress.
The week's entries are grouped into a weekly sheet. Once complete, the collaborator submits it for validation. The mobile interface is streamlined and dedicated to this use, for fast entry even on the go.
