Creating and setting up a project

The Projects module lets you manage your projects end to end, from study to handover and invoicing.


To create a project, go to the Projects menu and click New project. Fill in the main information:


  • the project name (a unique code is generated automatically);
  • the client and, if needed, the relevant site;
  • the project manager in charge;
  • the planned start and end dates;
  • the initial budget;
  • the invoicing method: progress billing (situations) or flat-rate.

You can also link a department and a trade for analytics. Once created, you reach the project panorama that centralizes tasks, time, budget, change orders, situations and documents.
